Gmail OAuth Permissions

To send emails on your behalf, we request access to your Gmail account via Google OAuth. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to send emails and read replies. We do not read, store, or process any emails unrelated to OutreachBot campaigns. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

Prospect Data

Our system collects publicly available business information from the web, including business names, contact emails, website content, and social media profiles. This data is used solely for generating personalized outreach on your behalf.

Email Tracking Data

We track email opens, link clicks, and replies to provide you with campaign analytics. Open tracking uses a standard tracking pixel. Click tracking uses redirect links. This data is associated with your campaigns and is visible in your dashboard.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To send outreach emails on your behalf via your connected Gmail account
• To research prospects and generate personalized email content
• To track campaign performance (opens, clicks, replies)
• To optimize email generation through A/B testing

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant infrastructure provider. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Campaign data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with:

• Service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery)
• Law enforcement when required by law or to protect our legal rights

6. CAN-SPAM Compliance

OutreachBot is designed to help you comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. All emails sent through our platform include required identification, a valid physical address, and clear unsubscribe mechanisms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable email marketing laws.
